What's new in the 8.27.2025 update for the Action Battle System Plugin

















The newest and largest update for our Action Battle System plugin has just come out a couple of days ago and we want to talk about what it includes.
This new update for the Plugin includes many new features, which include new magic settings combined with the QJ projectile system, meaning you can write your very own projectiles.
The new update also includes other features, such as a new step sound effect and particle effect (WIP) manager. With each map, you can create a plugin command that defines the step sounds and step image effects for that map.
This update also includes some new text and gauge creation tools. You can access these tools in the plugin parameters inside the plugin manager. These tools allow you to create as many text and gauge items as you want.
The new text settings allow you to include weapon IDβs and Armor IDβs when you write a tag like <Armor: X> or <Weapon: X>. Later on, there will be a couple more cool formatting options.
Gauges allow you to create custom gauges on the screen and also allow you to hook up variables with the current value and max values, so when you have a player with health that Maxes at 500 you can store that in a variable and then you can hook it up to the gauge, this also goes for the current value of the playerβs health.

The new update also includes item toast that automatically pop up when you gather an item (WIP), these toasts will be customizable in a later update.
